How to Buy Bitcoin and Crypto on Wealthsimple
- Tap the Discover tab (Search icon) at the bottom of the screen
- Type in the name of the cryptocurrency you’d like to buy in the search bar and select it from the list
- Tap Buy (if you do not see this option, tap Trade to reveal the Buy button)
- Choose the type of order you wish to place (Market buy or Limit buy) by selecting one of the options from the drop-down menu at the top center of your screen
- Enter the dollar value of the cryptocurrency you’d like to buy and tap Continue
- Review the order details and tap Confirm order
